Why it’s heavier than the one in your drawer
Most graphic tees are 4.5 oz. Ours are 7.5 oz garment-dyed cotton — the kind of shirt that holds its shape instead of turning into a rag by March. The dye is washed into the fabric, not printed on top, so it fades the way a good shirt is supposed to.

I started Goofy Pits because I live this every day. Walking my dog, I watch people tense up, clutch a bag, cross the street — over a dog whose only crime is looking strong and loving too hard. Pitbulls are the goofiest animals on earth and almost nobody gets to see it. So I put it on a shirt heavy enough to be worth wearing.
